Vira (Nia Ramadhani), a Nurse was friendly towards Silla (Donita) "the sexy nurse". From Bandung they headed Jakarta to carry out their task. Silla was acquainted with Mike (Mike Lewis), the Australian student that was in Indonesia. Their relations then continue
Vira and Silla lived in the same room in the dormitory that already twenty years were closed. It seems this room was full of the mystery. Vira then met the Mother Saroh, the maid who knew many about what's up in the room.
A pretty sister named Lastri Sulistia died there twenty last year. She was killed by his boy friend, the doctor Herman who's affair with Mila-Her Friend. Because of panicking, Lastri was killed and buried in the wall of this room. After this room was opened again, the ghost Lastri changed as the Nurse Ghost (ngesot) , went out to take revenge on the doctor Herman and killed any people that did affairs.
Vira that always received the presentiment if the murder happening, tried informed Silla and Mike, but they did not care. Moreover, Mike and Silla secretly established their love.
The Affair happened. Until at one time Vira got the sign that following casualties were Mike.
During the Nurse Ghost began to attack Silla, Silla acknowledged his mistake to Vira, but the sister ngesot continued to attack her. Vira immediately complained about this to the Mother Sharoh but actually the Mother Sharoh died ten years ago.
